Last Friday, as part of TransCanada’s annual meeting, shareholders approved (99,1%) the proposal, filed by two members of the RRSE, asking the company to disclose its approach in an energy transition context. Let us note that the company’s board of directors recommended to vote in favour of the proposal. You can access the broadcast of the general assembly here.
