“We are very pleased to announce the appointments of Caroline Bergeron and Jocelyne Morin as new members of the Æquo board of directors. Jocelyne’s field experience and that of Caroline’s finance and business development will bring valuable perspectives to our board of directors” said Josée Cavalancia, chairman of the board.
Jocelyne Morin replaces Pierre Viau, who unfortunately passed away recently and who had been engaged on the board of Æquo since its foundation in 2015.
